The remote operated vehicle weighing system
System AT-05 operating procedure:

Vehicle enters the scale.

To capture weight driver presses button on a remote control.

When a measurement is stable, weight result is saved in a database and the light flashes green - vehicle exits the scale.
System supports the following types of remote controls:
RC 1
1 product assigned to a remote control
RC 2
2 products assigned to a remote control
RC 4
4 products assigned to a remote control
RC MULTI
999 products assigned to a remote control
There is an option of assigning 9 pieces of information to every type of remote control supported by the system:
- 3 mandatory (vehicle registration number, contractor, product)
- 6 additional, freely configured (e.g. driver's second name, purchase order number, etc. )
Basing on a given remote control number, the system will assign a certain weight result to the contractor and product.
In the AT 05 system basic version, driver has no option to select a product chosen to be weighed. A single product or products (max. 4) are assigned to a remote control permanently.
Function of selecting a product is available in the AT 05 P system version, which also included diode display and 13-button remote controls with LCD display (RC Multi remotes).
On a diode display (digit height - 160 mm) driver notices a name of weighed product and before a weighing is confirmed he has an option of changing it (he dials product number on a remote control).
Standard maximum distance between remote control and receiver is 150 meters on an open field. Specified distance can be exceeded when using the special type of radio signal relays.
System AT-05 includes:
