The GSW program allows to send e-mails upon the performance of a weighing operation. As soon as a lorry enters the weighbridge and the weight gets stabilised, the weighing process is saved. Upon the performance of the weighing operation, the system automatically generates a weighing ticket, which is then sent, in the form of an e-mail message, to previously determined recipients.

Automatic sending of reports, in the form of e-mail messages

In the GSW program the user can create several types of reports, such as: weighing reports (summary, group and detailed reports). Depending on additional modules being at the user’s disposal, the user can also prepare reports related to inventory balance for a selected warehouse, reports on issued invoices (detailed, summary and summary/month) as well as reports on assigned agreements and decisions.
