A module to control the position of a vehicle on the weighbridge by means of infrared barriers or optical sensors. It allows to maintain the correct position of the vehicle during weighing. The controlling module ensures that during the weighing operation the vehicle maintains its correct position on the weighbridge, e.g. that one of the vehicle’s axles is not outside the weighbridge.
FIRST OPERATION MODE
The program has two operation modes. In the first operation mode, in case of an inaccurate position of the vehicle on the weighbridge, the program absolutely refuses to perform any weighing operations.
SECOND OPERATION MODE
In the second operation mode, the program allows to perform a conditional weighing operation of a vehicle positioned inaccurately on the weighbridge, however, every single weighing operation is recorded in the database and assigned to a particular operator.
All weighing operations performed with the vehicles being inaccurately positioned on the weighbridge are displayed on a special list of weighing operations.
