The vehicle weighing system based on displays and number plate recognition
System AT-04 operating procedure:

Traffic control lights flash green.

Vehicle pulls onto a truck scale. Displays indicate vehicle gross weight.

Vehicle pulls up on a truck scale Displays show "WAIT" command.

While driver waits for a stable measurement, photos are taken and the vehicle plate number is being recognized.

After correct plate number recognition, weight measurement is saved in a database.
System associates two last weight records (from a specified period of time, e.g. from the day 1) with a given registration plate number and calculates net load weight automatically.
Computer program allows adding several additional information to a certain registration plate number (such as: contractor, product, driver name and etc.)
While saving measuring data, program will also assign all supplementary information to a certain weighing.
System AT 04 includes:
- 2 traffic control signals (green/red lights)
- 2 special cameras for automatic number plate recognition
- Engine for plate recognition (effectiveness is as 95 %)
- Electric box containing components to steer the system
- Software
System AT 04 turns out to be particularly useful among companies with large and extra large traffic flow on truck scales.
Measured product should be assigned permanently to a certain vehicle (plate number).
