ENTRY AT THE GATE
At the plant’s entry gate the driver provides data concerning the vehicle and the container transported. After a notification, the vehicle is allowed to enter the premises.
In 2017 we delivered a truck scale weighing system to DCT company in Gdańsk. The basic task of this system is supervision of the containers being weighed and sending information to the master system.
ENTRY AT THE GATE
At the plant’s entry gate the driver provides data concerning the vehicle and the container transported. After a notification, the vehicle is allowed to enter the premises.
THE VEHICLES’ FIRST WEIGHING
Having entered the plant’s premises, the vehicle goes on the weighbridge. This is where the first weighing is performed by means of STX 5000 terminal. After the weighing completion, the vehicle goes either for loading or unloading of the containers delivered.
THE VEHICLES’ SECOND WEIGHING
After loading or unloading the vehicle returns to the weighbridge for the second weighing. The driver enters the vehicle’s data as well as the container’s data (its number and tare) using the terminal. The data entered are compared with the data provided at the entry gate (only notified vehicles can be weighed). Once the data have been entered on the terminal, information concerning the container’s weight will be displayed and a ticket will be printed. Data concerning the container, i.e. photos taken on the scale and the weighing ticket are sent directly to the customer.
MESSAGE SENDING
After the weighing has been completed, information concerning the container, i.e. photos taken on the scale and the weighing ticket is sent to the entry gate and directly to the customer.
