THE VEHICLES’ FIRST WEIGHING
The vehicle goes on the scale and after the driver has stopped the vehicle, the driver holds a RFID card against the STX-1000 reader. The weighing is saved in the database, including IP camera images.
with automatic transfer of data to the central server
In 2017, we implemented a weighing system for TRANSPOL LIDER Sp. z o.o. The main assumption of the system was to provide a solution enabling control of truck scales along with central reporting in the ordering party's main facility and software unification in the company's branches.
THE VEHICLES’ FIRST WEIGHING
The vehicle goes on the scale and after the driver has stopped the vehicle, the driver holds a RFID card against the STX-1000 reader. The weighing is saved in the database, including IP camera images.
THE VEHICLES’ SECOND WEIGHING
After loading the vehicle returns to
the scale for the exit weighing. The driver
holds the card against the terminal
equipped with STX-1000 RFID card reader.
After the mass value has stabilized,
the weighing is saved in the database,
including IP camera images. The weighing
is confirmed by a weighing ticket
from the printer
installed in the terminal. Information on the
weighing, including the images, is transferred
to the central database. The vehicle goes to
the designated place of unloading.
MOBILE TERMINAL - GSW APPLICATION
The vehicle goes to the designated place of unloading. STX 2000 reader equipped with a GPRS is installed in the place of unloading. After the unloading has been completed, the driver reads a RFID card on the reader. Information about the time and place of unloading is transmitted to the central database via a modem. In places where the unloading is human-controlled one can use a mobile phone with a RFID card reader (instead of STX2000 reader) installed. Having reached the place of unloading, the driver reads the card using his/her mobile phone and the information on time, item and card number is transmitted to the central database.
DATA TRANSMISSION TO THE CENTRAL SERVER
All the data from readers installed at entry and exit scales, terminals or applications in the places of unloading are transmitted to the central database located in the so called “cloud”.
GSW REMOTE-VIEWER
Data from numerous scales (branches) and from places of unloading are collected in the central database (cloud). GSW Remote-Viewer software enables to view data from branches, i.e. details of weighings and the photos taken. The program also enables to generate collective reports or reports broken down by respective branches.
