Integrated system for handling of waste weighing operations
Need
- Provide an IT system allowing to manage the waste flow, from the moment of waste unloading at a facility, to their processing, selling and/or storing.
- Connect to central databases of the truck weighbridge, weighing conveyor, palette scales and the mixing and grinding device.
- Connect the weighing system with employee cards (RFID)
- Provide weighing stations at the palette scales and mixing and grinding devices with self-service terminals for operators
Solution
We provided a complex weighing system, based on the GSW and X-Scale software. The system collects data from the weighbridge, weighing conveyor, palette scale, as well as mixing and grinding device used for biomass production.
