The vehicle weighing system with barrier gate operation, Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) and printing-out of weighing results
System AT-03 operating procedure:

Driver moves onto scale. When infrared barrier gates detect a vehicle, entrance gate lifts up.

When vehicle moves onto scale entrance gate drops.

Through side window driver presses button to capture weight. At this moment system begins identifying front license plate and saves measuring data in a database (along with taken photos)

When driver receives a weighing ticket, barrier gate lifts up and vehicle leaves the scale.

When vehicle leaves the scale, barrier gates drop and system is ready to repeat weighing.
After loading and unloading vehicle returns to a truck scale and weighing process is repeated in reverse direction.
Basing on recognized license plate number, system finds and assigns the first weighing with the second one.
Basing on weight value difference, system calculates product net weight.
System allows assigning certain data (contractor, product, driver\'s second name and etc.) to a given license plate number.
Afetr selecting this option data will be printed on weight ticket - as a formal confirmation of performed weighing.
System AT-03 includes:
- 2 sets of infrared barrier gates
- 2 barrier gates for use in heavy duty work conditions
- 2 special cameras for automatic number plate recognition (effectiveness 95 %)
- Engine for plate recognition
- 2 metal boxes containing following elements:
- steering module
- weight value display
- printer with cut-off
- button initiating weighing procedure
- Software
System AT 03 turns out to be particularly useful among companies with medium and large traffic flow on truck scales.
Measured product should be assigned permanently to a certain vehicle (plate number) or driver.
